Artwork & File Support
We review orders for obvious production issues when possible. If you add Artwork Check & Setup Help to your order, we’ll take a closer look for common concerns such as resolution, sizing, transparency, unwanted backgrounds, or basic layout issues.
Artwork Check & Setup Help does not include new design creation, logo redraws, complex background removal, color matching guarantees, or unlimited revisions.
Turnaround & Shipping
Most orders are processed within our posted production window after artwork is received and ready for print. Orders with artwork issues, large quantities, or special requests may require additional time.
If we make a printing or production mistake, we’ll replace the affected transfers. Because each order is custom printed, we cannot guarantee results caused by low-quality artwork, incorrect sizing, customer upload errors, pressing mistakes, or files submitted with visible issues.
