What is a DTF transfer?
A DTF transfer is a printed design that can be heat pressed onto apparel and other compatible fabrics. We print the design for you, then you apply it with a heat press.
Do I need a heat press?
Yes. DTF transfers are made to be applied with a heat press. A household iron is not recommended because it usually cannot provide consistent heat and pressure.
What file type should I upload?
PNG files with a transparent background are preferred. High-resolution artwork works best. If your file has a white background, low resolution, or another visible issue, it may affect the final print.
Can I order one design?
Yes. You can upload a single design with no minimum order. For multiple designs, sizes, names, or logos, a gang sheet is usually the better value.
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet lets you place multiple designs on one sheet. This helps lower your cost per print and is useful for small shops, repeat sellers, teams, and event orders.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are printed within our posted production window. Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. During busy periods, production may take longer.
What if my artwork has an issue?
If we notice an obvious issue with your artwork, we may contact you before printing. This can include low resolution, missing transparency, sizing concerns, or artwork that may not print as expected.
Are there minimums?
No. You can order one design, one gang sheet, or larger bulk orders.
What is Artwork Check & Setup Help?
Artwork Check & Setup Help is an optional add-on where we review your file for obvious issues before printing, such as low resolution, sizing concerns, unwanted backgrounds, or layout problems. If we notice something that may affect your transfer, we’ll contact you before printing. It does not include new design creation, logo redraws, or complex artwork edits.
Do you guarantee your transfers?
Yes. If we make a printing or production mistake, we’ll replace the affected transfers. This includes issues like printing the wrong file, production defects, or damage caused by our process. Because every order is custom printed, we cannot guarantee results caused by low-quality artwork, incorrect sizing, customer upload errors, pressing mistakes, or files approved/submitted with visible issues.
What does a low DPI warning mean?
A low DPI warning means your image may not have enough resolution for the size you placed it on the sheet. You can usually improve this by uploading a higher-resolution file or reducing the print size. We can still print lower-resolution artwork, but it may not look as sharp as a high-resolution file.
