Order Processing

Nuvi Transfers sells custom DTF heat transfer prints, including gang sheets, print-ready gang sheet uploads, single-design transfers, and related artwork check services.

Most standard orders ship next business day after artwork is received and ready for print.

Orders may require additional processing time if:

• Artwork has resolution, sizing, layout, transparency, or background issues
• We need to contact the customer before printing
• The customer has not responded to an artwork or order question
• The order is large or includes multiple gang sheets
• The order includes special requests
• We are experiencing high order volume
• There is an equipment, supply, weather, carrier, or operational delay

Production time and shipping/transit time are separate. “Ships next business day” refers to when the order leaves our facility, not the final delivery date.

Artwork Approval and File Issues

Orders are processed based on the files and information submitted by the customer.

If we notice an obvious issue with your artwork, we may contact you before printing. Delays in customer response may delay production and shipping.

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready files whenever possible. Low-resolution artwork, incorrect sizing, unwanted backgrounds, customer upload errors, or files submitted with visible issues may affect print quality or processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, shipping destination, and available shipping methods.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders over $75 before taxes, discounts, or other fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, or another available carrier depending on the order and destination.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Carrier delays, missed scans, weather delays, routing delays, and delivery exceptions are outside of our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Tracking may take time to update after the shipping label is created or after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Nuvi Transfers is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by:

• Incorrect addresses
• Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
• Incorrect ZIP codes
• Undeliverable addresses
• Customer address entry errors

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your mail area, and the shipping carrier.

Nuvi Transfers is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the carrier but are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.

If a package appears lost in transit, contact us at support@nuvitransfers.com with your order number and tracking number so we can review the situation.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the damaged transfers
• A brief description of the issue

If damage was caused during shipping or production, we will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or carrier claim is appropriate.

Delays

We do our best to ship orders within the stated processing window, but delays can happen.

If we become aware that your order cannot ship within the stated or expected production window, we may contact you with an updated timeline. If you do not want to wait, you may request cancellation and a refund for the affected unshipped order or item.
