This website is operated by Nuvi Transfers. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nuvi Transfers. By visiting NuviTransfers.com, placing an order, uploading artwork, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

2. Products and Services
Nuvi Transfers sells custom DTF heat transfer prints, including gang sheets, print-ready gang sheet uploads, single-design transfers, and related artwork check services.
Our products are custom printed to order based on the artwork, files, sizes, and order details provided by the customer.
DTF transfers require proper heat press equipment, correct application settings, and proper garment/fabric compatibility. Customers are responsible for following pressing instructions and testing when needed.
3. Custom Orders
Because our products are custom printed, each order is made specifically for the customer. Once an order has entered production, it usually cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded unless there is a printing or production mistake caused by us.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork, order details, sizes, quantities, shipping address, and any uploaded files before submitting an order.
4. Artwork and File Responsibility
By uploading artwork or files to Nuvi Transfers, you confirm that:
• You own the artwork or have permission to use it.
• You have the legal right to reproduce the artwork.
• The file does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
• The file is appropriate for custom printing and does not contain prohibited content.
Customers are responsible for the quality of the files they upload. Low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, unwanted backgrounds, missing transparency, spelling errors, poor image quality, or customer layout mistakes may affect the final printed transfer.
We may review files for obvious production concerns, but we are not responsible for detecting every file issue unless a specific artwork review service is purchased.
5. Artwork Check & Setup Help
Artwork Check & Setup Help is an optional add-on service. If purchased, we will review your file for obvious issues before printing, such as resolution concerns, sizing concerns, unwanted backgrounds, transparent background issues, or basic layout problems.
Artwork Check & Setup Help does not include new design creation, logo redraws, vector tracing, complex background removal, color matching guarantees, or unlimited revisions.
If we notice an obvious issue, we may contact you before printing. Delays in customer response may delay production.
6. Prohibited Content and Order Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion, including orders that contain or appear to contain:
• Illegal content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Threatening, harassing, or exploitative content
• Hateful, extremist, or violent content
• Sexually exploitative content
• Content that may create legal, safety, or business risk
• Artwork or files that cannot reasonably be printed as submitted
If an order is refused before production, we may cancel and refund the affected order or item.
7. Production and Turnaround Times
Production times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, file quality, artwork issues, customer response time, product availability, and other operational factors.
Most orders are processed within our posted production window after artwork is received and ready for print. Orders with artwork issues, large quantities, special requests, or delayed customer responses may require additional time.
If we are unable to process or ship an order within the stated or expected timeframe, we may contact the customer with an updated timeline or cancellation/refund option when appropriate.
8. Shipping
Shipping times are separate from production times. Once an order ships, delivery timing depends on the shipping carrier and selected shipping method.
Nuvi Transfers is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, missing apartment/unit numbers, failed delivery attempts, weather delays, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
9. Print Quality Promise
If we make a printing or production mistake, we will replace the affected transfers.
This may include issues such as printing the wrong file, production defects caused by our process, or damage caused by our production process.
Our Print Quality Promise does not cover issues caused by:
• Low-quality artwork
• Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
• Customer upload errors
• Files submitted with visible issues
• Pressing mistakes
• Incorrect temperature, time, or pressure
• Incompatible garments or materials
• Customer handling or storage issues
• Color expectations based on screen appearance
• Changes requested after production has started
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the order number, photos of the affected transfers, and a description of the issue.
10. Pressing and Application
Customers are responsible for applying DTF transfers correctly. Results may vary based on heat press equipment, temperature, pressure, time, peeling method, garment type, fabric content, and washing/care practices.
A household iron is not recommended for applying DTF transfers because it may not provide consistent heat and pressure.
We recommend testing before large production runs.
11. Color and Print Expectations
We do our best to print clean, vibrant, ready-to-press transfers. However, colors may vary between screens, digital previews, artwork files, and printed transfers.
We do not guarantee exact color matching unless a specific written agreement is made before ordering.
12. Pricing, Discounts, and Promotions
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Discount codes and promotions must be used at checkout and cannot always be applied after an order is placed.
Promotions may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
If there is a pricing error, technical error, or product setup error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order before production.
13. Cancellations and Changes
Because orders are custom printed, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@nuvitransfers.com. If production has already started, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
14. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom printed, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for non-defective custom products.
Refunds or replacements may be provided when we determine that an issue was caused by a printing or production mistake on our end.
15. Customer Communication
We may contact customers by email, phone, or other provided contact information if there is an issue with an order, artwork file, payment, shipping address, or production timeline.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their email and responding promptly when additional information is needed. Delayed responses may delay production or shipping.
16. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our website may use third-party tools, apps, payment processors, shipping carriers, upload tools, gang sheet builders, analytics tools, or other services to operate the store and fulfill orders.
We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, errors, outages, or delays, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve order-related issues when possible.
17. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the site.
You may not attempt to upload malicious files, interfere with checkout, misuse discount codes, scrape the website, or use the site in a way that may harm Nuvi Transfers or other customers.
18. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, product descriptions, images, layout, graphics, logos, and other materials on NuviTransfers.com are owned by or licensed to Nuvi Transfers unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our website content without permission.
Customer-uploaded artwork remains the property of the customer or rightful owner. By uploading artwork, you grant us permission to use the file as needed to process, print, review, and fulfill your order.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvi Transfers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost revenue, production delays, or customer resale losses.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.
20. Indemnification
You agree to hold Nuvi Transfers harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses related to artwork you upload, intellectual property disputes, customer-provided files, misuse of our products, or violation of these Terms.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
